Brandi is a product of Field Champion and 2000 National Amateur Champion Piney Run Sam and Champion Suemac’s Carolina Belle who possesses multiple grouse trial championships and placements.\u00a0 The National Amateur Champion designation speaks volumes for Piney Run Sam, but what impressed us just as much is by all accounts he is a “bird dog first.”\u00a0 Belle is a multiple champion in what is arguably the toughest field trial venue, the grouse trials.\u00a0 Belle hunts fast and hard and slams her points with great intensity.\u00a0 She possesses a great nose and a great sense of where the birds should be.\u00a0 Belle also competes favorably against Pointers and Setters.\u00a0 Belle is a sister to our stud dog Ed’s Fredrick and we think that the line breeding of Ed’s Fredrick and Twincedar Belle’s Brandi will serve to emphasize these great qualities that Belle and Fredrick possess.\u00a0 As you can see from the photos above, Brandi is already solid pointing a quail wing at 9 weeks and a quail by scent at 4 months.
